Send a note to the editors
Use the form for questions about corrective laser surgery coverage, corrections to a page, or a subject you think deserves an explainer. A person reads each message; nothing is answered by an automated reply.
- Corrections are logged and the affected page is dated when it changes.
- Topic suggestions help us decide which refractive platform we explain next.
- We do not give personal medical advice and cannot read your clinical results over email.
If your question is about a specific eye condition or a treatment decision, please speak with a qualified ophthalmologist in your city. Our team writes about the technology, not about individual cases.

What we can and cannot do
We can explain how a platform works
Which laser or lens platform is used in a SMILE, LASIK or PRK procedure, how the eye-tracking and ablation steps differ, and where a technique is usually chosen over another.
We can fix our own pages
If a page misstates a term, links to the wrong explainer, or reads as if it were written for another country's clinics, tell us and we will correct it on the page itself.
We cannot advise on your own eyes
Whether you are a candidate, which procedure suits your cornea, and what your recovery should look like are questions for the ophthalmologist who has examined you. Our answers stay general on purpose.
What makes a message easy to answer
Name the page
If you are correcting something, tell us which topic you were reading and roughly where on the page.
One question
A single clear question gets a specific answer faster than a list of five. Send the others after.
Add the source
If a claim came from a paper, a clinic or a device maker, say which. It helps us check the wording.
Write in English
The site is published in English, so questions in English are the ones we can answer most accurately.
Where to find us
Our editorial desk sits on Jl. Cikini Raya in Menteng, Jakarta Pusat. Visits are by appointment, and most readers simply write instead.

Common questions about reaching us
How quickly do you reply?
Messages that arrive during desk hours are usually read the same working day. Questions that need checking against a source can take up to two working days, and corrections that change a page are noted on that page.
Are you a clinic or a booking service?
Neither. Perspective Core Hub is an educational resource. We explain how modern refractive techniques and platforms work, compare them, and point to the questions worth asking an ophthalmologist. We do not examine patients, schedule procedures or recommend a specific clinic.
Can I suggest a page or a comparison?
Yes, and it helps. Tell us which two techniques or platforms you want side by side, what you already know, and what is still unclear. Requests that come up more than once usually move up our list. You can also start with the procedure comparison we already publish.
Do you answer questions from outside Indonesia?
We do. The site is written mainly for readers in Indonesia, so equipment availability, regulations and clinic practice are described from that starting point. General questions about how a technique works travel well; local availability questions are harder for us to answer accurately for other countries.
Keep reading while you wait
If your question is about a technique rather than our coverage, one of these pages may answer it sooner than we can.
