Perspective Core Hub · Legal
This page explains how Perspective Core Hub handles personal data when you read our refractive surgery comparison material. It is written as a plain document, not as marketing copy.
We keep the list short because the site is a reading resource. Most visits end without you typing anything into a field.
We do not ask for your medical records, your identity card number, or your payment details on this site. Nothing here is a diagnosis, a booking, or a purchase.
Each field on this site has one job. If we cannot name the job, we do not keep the data.
Reading data tells us which procedure comparisons are useful and which pages send people away confused. Message data exists so we can reply to you and follow up on a question you raised.
We also keep a small amount of technical traffic data to block spam and to keep the site reachable during busy periods.

A hosting provider stores the site files and server logs. An analytics provider reports page views in aggregate. Both act on our written instructions and neither is allowed to use your data for its own advertising.
If you ask us to reply by email, the mail service that carries the message processes your address while it delivers it.
We do not sell personal data, and we do not pass it to advertising networks or list brokers. If that ever changed, this page would be updated before anything else on the site.
Retention is the part most policies leave vague. Here is what actually happens to each kind of record.
Server logs
Request logs on the host are rotated on a short cycle and dropped once the cycle completes. They exist to keep the site online and to trace abuse.
Short cycleAggregate page figures
Totals that contain no individual person are kept for as long as they help us judge which comparisons readers find useful.
While usefulYour message
We keep correspondence while the question is open and for a period afterwards, so a follow-up does not start from zero. Ask us to delete it and we will.
Until you askRecords we must hold
If Indonesian law requires us to keep a record for a fixed term, we keep it for that term and nothing longer.
As requiredYou do not need to justify a request. Write to [email protected] and tell us what you want done with your data.
We answer these requests during office hours, Monday to Friday 09:00–18:00 and Saturday 09:00–13:00. If we need proof that the request is really yours, we will ask for the minimum needed and nothing more.
No. Every procedure comparison, the outcomes material and the suitability guide are readable without an account, a form or an email address. A name reaches us only if you decide to write to us.
No. This site is an educational resource. A question sent to us is correspondence, not a clinical file, and we do not ask you to send clinical documents with it. Any examination or measurement belongs with a qualified eye care professional you consult directly.
A small number of cookies keep the site working and tell us which pages are read. The consent notice that appears when you arrive lets you accept or refuse the optional ones. The Cookie Policy on this site explains each category in detail.
The policy applies to anyone who reads the site, wherever they are. Records are stored on servers chosen by our hosting provider, which may sit outside your country. The rights described on this page are offered to every reader, not only to readers in one jurisdiction.
This page carries the current wording. When we change how data is handled, the revised text replaces the old one here and the change is dated in the summary line above. We do not quietly rewrite a section and leave the rest of the page implying the old practice.
Send a short note saying what you would like us to do. Quote the email address you used when you first contacted us, so we can find the right record without asking for extra identifiers.
If your question is about a procedure rather than your data, the contact page is the quicker route. If you are still deciding which refractive technique to read about first, start with the procedure comparison.
